Liquid Rubber RV Lap Sealant is a Coating. It can be used in many applications where you need to create a watertight seal. Apply when the temperature is above 10C/50F including overnight. Apply to a clean,dry surface, free of anything that would hinder adhesion. Paintable after 24 hrs. Do not freeze. Store in a warm area. Do not apply in wet conditions or if rain is forecasted within 24 hrs. Full Strength is reached after 7 days. Amounts vary depending on surface roughness. Use all material up to achieve a long lasting membrane. Avoid hot, direct, intense sunlight during application. Remove Painters Tape while still wet. See manufacturer for specific applications, coverage, tips and video. Clean Up – use mineral sprirts to clean up to clean skin.

This is a good sealant but when applied it flows very liquified which I was not expecting.
I thought it would be like silicone sealant consistency.
However it does work to seal areas on the roof of my camper trailer and dries quickly.

This stuff works great, it goes on like thick honey and levels itself nicely. Just ensure there's no rain for a day or two. A few bugs and leaves landed on the tacky spots while drying, I'd cover the repair with a bin next time while it dries. Clean up was easy.
