So these pills are supposed to help get rid of fat and boost metabolism.
So far they made me constipated and no change in fat content of my body from what I can tell.
To be honest I had pretty low expectations, was just hoping to get a boost to lose the last few pounds but nope, it's clearly not happening. All good, just buyer beware…

I can't knock it, it has worked for me and I have lost weight while I used it…but I could only take 2 a day or otherwise I would get severe, painful diarrhea which I had to take Pepto Capsules for. No other side effects at all. The question is whether or not the weight loss is from the pills or due to the diarrhea.
The biggest issue I have with this is the value. It has a 14 day supply if you take it as intended. At $35.95 that is just for someone to be paying to need two bottles a month.
I believe that you can get the same supplement in other brands for a lot better value not only in price but amount per capsule and the amount of capsules. Just google Brown Seaweed & Pomegranate in Olive Oil or Fucoxanthin and Pomegranate Seed Oil and see what else is out there. Save your money. It seems to work, you just need to get a better deal. I will be buying it from another brand after looking it up as they recommend twice a day and have 90 capsules in it.

I took this as directed for the 14 days provided in this bottle. I didn't see a difference in how I looked or felt and was unwilling to buy more in order to continue the experiment. This is snake oil in my opinion and I'm mad at myself for being swayed by the empty promises that pills like this give.
