The product is very good , l was introduced by a co worker . She warned me of the price . That’s true it very good and energizing . I feel like have buy again except the price is just too expensive . This is a game changer l use one stick per day in 1 gallon of water which I drink from 6 am – 9 pm . Why one a gallon because l found it to be too sweet for me so l want to just taste the sweetness, l do add lemon to the mixture so l balance out l don’t like extreme sweetness .
