These are average (or perhaps slightly above average in terms of build quality) food storage dispensers/containers that seem reasonably well-constructed without obvious signs of defect or other issues typically associated with plastic products (for food). They do have certain heft to 'em and for the most part seem sturdy and so are the lids. The seal also appear to be decent and adequate given the circumstance.
The physical build quality appears decent for these containers; they both (containers and the lids) have round corners (top and bottom) which I do appreciate; however, their particular design and shape make them un-stackable which is a bit of a bummer. The transparent containers themselves are made of PET (i.e. plastic #1) with clear markings at the bottom (pic 4); however, the lids don't have any markings and it's clear to me exactly what type of plastic they are made of and unknown plastic is always a concern for me. Btw, the sealing rings are supposedly (claimed) to be made of silicone which is decent.
The lids have the typical twist lock mechanism that's for the most part easy to work with although the size (or the diameter of it) of the cup might not be the easiest for younger kids. In any event, the twist lock does work as intended along with a decent airtight seal that I do appreciate since most of these food storage containers that I've come across and reviewed don't necessarily have adequate seal nor are they really airtight in comparison.
Unfortunately, these are NOT made of PP despite the claim that says 'food-grade plastic' and while it is true to a certain degree that PET is food safe, PET plastic is mostly a SINGLE USE plastic such as those used in water bottles and such, and they aren't really meant to be continually reused due to concerns about contamination. The only food-grade plastic in my mind is PP (i.e. plastic #5) followed by HDPE (plastic #2) and LDPE (plastic #4). I'm not gonna go into details about these since there are plenty of info from trusted resources but I'll just say that I thought these would be made of PP but they aren't and that's rather disappointing to say the least. The lids have no identifiable markings so they can be made of, well, any other type of plastic as far as I'm concerned.
★ Note
The RIC (Resin Identification Code), colloquially known as the 'plastic recycle number' is the identification of various types of plastic used today ranging from 1 to 7 (at the time of this writing). For instance we all know RIC 5 aka "plastic number 5" or 'PP number 5' is amongst the safest type of plastic used as food containers or dishware etc due to its ability to withstand heat and that it's unlikely to leech chemicals in comparison to other types.
Plastic with RIC 5 (PP or polypropylene) or 2 (HDPE or high density polyethylene) stamped on it is probably the safest bet (if there is such a thing for plastic but I digress) for plastic used for food, with 4 and 1 being the least desirable, in that order. PET (Polyethylene terephthalate) has RIC 1 which in my mind is NOT exactly food friendly and it certainly wouldn't be my first choice for food but it is the MOST recyclable type of plastic which is one of the reasons they are also the CHEAPEST to produce in most situations.
###
Btw, MOST of the transparent plastics do contain BPA/BPS (or any other Bisphenols in general) and I wouldn't even bet a Toonie on the truthfulness and/or accuracy of any of these claims without any indication that they are in fact what they claim to be. PET plastic is hardly the best choice as food-grade plastic because it's amongst the least desirable type of plastic for food, for me anyway. In addition, they are also amongst the cheapest to make which certainly does NOT reflect the price tag.
≡ Value
All things considered, these are average (or perhaps slightly above average if you don't care about the type of plastic used or if they are indeed food-grade and safe) food storage dispensers/containers that seem reasonably well-made; however, I'm not a big fan of PET (plastic #1) being used as food containers unless it's not in direct contact with the food. In addition, the lids do NOT have any markings that clearly indicate the type of plastic of which they are made and that's always a concern for me.
They are somewhat reasonably priced at $36 for what they provide (or don't provide for me in this case) and their overall build quality, usability, versatility, questionable food safety, and performance. Plastic containers especially transparent ones used to be amongst the cheapest of 'em all years ago that cost only a few bucks, but these now cost close to $40 and that's just absurd to me. Your mileage might vary.

I recently received the 2 Pcs Cereal Storage Containers, and they’ve quickly become a staple in my kitchen. I love the design, especially the time dial feature that helps me keep track of how long my grains have been stored. The airtight seal is fantastic for my cereals, rice, and snacks, they tend to stay fresh for much longer, which means less waste. The 2.8L capacity is just right for fitting a generous amount of food without taking up too much counter space. The foldable handle is an added bonus, making it easy to access the contents without needing to lift a heavy container.
However, while the measuring cup is handy, I found it can be a bit awkward to use due to the container's shape. It sometimes requires a specific angle to scoop out the contents easily.
Overall, though, these containers have helped organize my pantry and keep my food fresh, making them a worthwhile investment for anyone looking to streamline their kitchen storage.

Good quality but somewhat expensive for the product.
