I normally take regular B12 pills, but I liked this liquid B12 supplement. Here are my thoughts.
The good:
– The dropper bottle it comes in is good quality, and dispenses the liquid evenly and smoothly.
– The cherry flavour is not bad at all. With a glass of water it goes down easily, and in a fruit smoothie you don't even notice it.
– I like the fact that it uses the methylated form of B12, called methylcobalamin. It's considered the better and more bioavailable form of B12 supplement.
– It has a valid NPN number (80121743) meaning it's licensed for distribution in Canada. Always important to check.
The not so good:
– Unfortunately the dropper that it comes with is not graduated, so it's hard to know how much to use. I assume that 1 full dropper is about 1 mL. But they should change the dropper to make it easier and clearer.

I add this to my morning smoothie and it's been working out great, one less thing to remember to take later on in the day. As we age, B12 is absorbed less efficiently, and I remember my parents used to need B12 injections, so I've been taking B12 for a while now. The fastest absorbing ones I've used are sublingual, which can bypass the gut entirely. But I will stick with this liquid for now, and see how it goes, because it does taste better and adding it to my drink is so convenient. The dropper has no gradations, so you have to guesstimate, I just use a full dropper, no big deal if it's not that accurate though, 5000 is actually much more than what we need. And since it's liquid, just remember to give it a shake and pump the dropper a couple times before you put it in.

These B12 drops taste great. Black cherry flavour!
The strength is 5000 mcg per ml, according to the label. I take a single drop sublingually a few times a week to supplement my B12 status in case my diet is a bit lacking.
They seem to be working well and they are easy to take with the included dropper lid.

Maxion Vitamin B12 is a 30ml bottle that has an expiry date of 2026 so plenty of time to use although at 1ml dose daily, it is only good for 30 days unless you take weekly or bi-weekly. It has a dropper for dispensing except it is unclear what the measurements are although on the bottle its instructions are to take 1 ml. The problem is if the entire dropper is 1 ml you only can use it a few times before it dips to lower levels and will not fill the entire dropper. If it isn't the entire dropper and you fill it, you will be taking too much b12 which isn't good either. They really need to be clear of the dosing measurement. It tastes pretty good. I was afraid it would taste like cough syrup but luckily it is a bit better; more like black cherry candy with no aftertaste. No problems taking it as is. I am not particularly fond of their wording choices on their label. If they can't write correctly, I do question their quality and professionalism; "acne form and hot flushing" are examples. But it is a convenient, quick and easy way to take b12.

– While this is an over the counter supplement of Vitamin B12, always treat all supplements with a bit of extra caution and always follow the instructions. Always consult your family doctor/practitioner if you have any doubt or any health condition. The bottle comes with a dropper but you need a bit of care to get that one droplet you needed. The cherry flavour is nice and I like it. Dairy free and gluten free is a good option for those who can’t take dairy or gluten. Overall a nice small bottle of Vitamin B12 for your needs.

This maxion vitamin B-12 drops is a good way to get B12N energy easily into your diet. It comes with a glass dropper that does not have any measurements on it but the label says to take one milliliter per day. The taste is good it's sort of like cherry cough syrup without the bitter medicine taste and not exactly a strong cherry taste but it is sweet. The consistency is like a cough syrup and it's also red. There was a slight sugary after taste that washes easily with water. I have not had any negative side effects so far. Overall it's pleasant to take on the tongue.
3 month update: Removing 3 stars so now its 2/5 stars
After 3 months of testing, cycling on and off weekly, through process of elimination, I have confirmed that it was this supplement that caused minor skin rash on my chest and neck, within hours of taking 1mL of it. The rash was minor and goes away after a day but who knows what it was really doing to my insides. As a result of this, I have stopped taking this supplement as of Oct 2024.

The flavour is definitely cherry, but there’s a potent aftertaste that I wasn’t fond of. The dispersal method needs improvement. Assuming the dropper is the daily dose of 1 ml, getting the right amount is hit or miss. I can’t say I’ve noticed any difference, but next time I get blood work done I’ll be sure to ask if my B12 level can be checked.
I wasn’t overly impressed so unless it boosts my B12 level I’ll likely choose a different method. Besides one month’s supply for slightly less than $25 seems expensive to me.
